You are welcome to submit an editorial about the constitution and how it applies here, about Farmers Insurance (or their parent company Zurich Financial), or about insurance in general. If I like it I'll post it here. If I don't like it I'll probably post it here, either with a counter argument, or a disclaimer about my disagreement.
If the story you submit is inflammatory beyond a reasonable amount, or otherwise offensive I will not publish it, and will send you a note as to why. Hey, it's my website, if you don't like it then gripe about it at: farmersreallysucksreallysucks.com or some such :-)
Remember:US Code Title15, Chapter22, Subchapter III, ss1125,(d)(1)(B)(i)(IV). Fair use includes comparative advertising, comment, criticism, or parody, even where done for profit. Though quite honestly I doubt I'll turn a positive cash flow from this site :-)
Furtheremore, this ad is for a service unrelated to the business of the company discussed on this site, and as such, is completely non-competitive in nature.
